Negotiation for the position

Communication between client and candidate is imperative during the interviewing process. We endeavour to offer clear and accurate feedback between the parties. Candidates will often offer their concerns more effectively to us than they would to the client. We will detect and warn our client if they show signs of reluctance at any stage.

The final details at this stage of the process can prove difficult. It is here that an intermediary’s role adds significant value and we remain on-call to interact in the discussions between client and candidate.


Offer to resignation

Our consultants can never underestimate the chance of a search failing, even when the candidate is preparing to resign. We understand that companies can work aggressively to retain high calibre people, therefore we mentally prepare the candidate for the resignation process, including role playing and coaching on what is likely to happen.
